At Carathea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Carathea account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
